NEW: 4/15/2008 - First meeting of 2008!!! We are less than a month away from our Spring Meeting, May 14th, Cheshire H.S., 6:00pm-7:00pm. Please remember this is a Mandatory Meeting and it does contribute to your 2008 Post Season and Thanksgiving Day attendance point total.

NEW: 4/15/2008 - Golf Tournament Details: The 10th Annual NHFOA Pigskin Classic will be held on Tuesday June 24th at The New Haven Municipal Golf Course. The cost will be $150 per golfer and remember that a portion of the proceeds from this tournament are contributed to the NHFOA Scholarship Fund. More details and the registration form will be posted here later this month. Registration forms are due by June 10th.
4/9/2008 - The 2008 Schedule has been updated here. Please take some time to review and note some important and mandatory dates. The Spring meeting is scheduled for Wednesday May 14th at 6:00pm at Cheshire High School.

4/2/2008 - Do you get Referee Magazine? Our 2007 Play-off crews are credited in the April edition. Check it out under the Postseason Assignments (High School) section on Page 78. Congratulations again to all playoff crews.

2/13/2008 - For Immediate Release - 2008 High School Football Rules Changes Announced: Four changes in rules regarding penalty options for teams that are foulded on scoring plays were among 17 revisions in high school football rules approved for the 2008 season by the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) Football Rules Committee at its January 19-20 meeting in Indianapolis. The rules changes were subsequently approved by the NFHS Board of Directors. Complete News Release.

2/2/2008 - "Happy to Serve" - In February's edition of Referee Magazine, a quick story pointing the outstanding dedication of the New Haven Football Officials Association is noted on Page 30 of the magazine. Thanks to all who gave their time to ensure the success of the Hall of Fame Football Classic this past summer.
