2006 Pop Warner "Lopsided Rule"
NOTE: To all Officials Working PW Games:
Effective Sept. 9, 2006:
- Once the score difference is 28 points or greater there will be NO kickoffs.
- If the winning team scores, the losing team will take posession at the winning team's 40 yard line.
- If the losing team scores, the winning team will take possession at its own 20 yard line.
- The intent of this amendment is to limit contact and reduce injuries once the
- Lopsided rule is in effect.
